Platinum’s story began in 1990 when Neal TeBrinke founded the company, named, Neal’s Electric. In 2012, Curtis and Trevor TeBrinke partnered with their father, and have grown the company tremendously while taking on management and ownership. Rebranding December 4th, 2017 marks a new era for the company, with the aim to break down reference confusion.
Platinum Electric’s team includes over a dozen skilled journeymen and apprentices, all of which execute hundreds of projects a year. The high demand for this local company can be testified by the 200 kilometers of purchased copper wire, 50,000 marrettes, and 3,000 plugs installed in 2017 alone.
Rebranding to Platinum Electric was a three month process with “all hands on deck”. The new name points to brothers, Trevor and Curtis TeBrinke, who now manage the company and work as a team with their employees to achieve quality work. With this in mind, the company’s new tagline had to be “Experience Quality”.
